What is the payment schedule?
Payment depends on an agreement between the parties. Many middle to large residential projects requires half of the payment in advance of the work to purchase supplies, while the other half payment will be due upon completion. This may be negotiable dependent on the type of project, scope, and other variables.
Commercial construction payments will be based on the negotiated terms and conditions for the project on a case-by-case basis.
